Abstract: The March 2011 Ballan Autumn (or Fall) Festival held in Inglis St Ballan near Ballarat and Bacchus Marsh within the Shire of Moorabool in Victoria Australia. Scenes include Ballarat Municipal Brass Band, street parade, art show, round buildings of Ballan including the monolithic dome house built by locals and a dome firm from the 'twister tornado' states of USA.
